Can't Receive Notifications

Issue
- No email or in-app notifications
- Team missing important updates
Possible Causes
- Notifications turned off in settings
- Email filters or spam
Resolution
Check Notification Settings
Go to your avatar > "My Preferences" > "Notifications". Ensure notifications are enabled for your activity.
Check Email Spam/Junk Folder
Check your spam. Mark ProofHub emails as 'Not Spam'.
Try Logging Out and In Again
Sometimes refreshing your session restores notifications.
